The Receiver/Warehouse Clerk, working under general supervision, is responsible for receiving shipments and maintaining an orderly stockroom and dock area.
Responsibilities
- Receive all non-regulated product shipments in Andover, MA facility
- Receive GMP/ISO incoming goods/raw materials
- Process and complete receipts in the ERP system
- Perform weekly cycle counts
- Stock and maintain inventory of finished goods
- Pick items for orders or requisitions
- Provide back-up support for Receiving team in our Tewksbury, MA facility
- Assist with shipping non-hazardous product as needed
- Serve as additional support for the Senior Materials Coordinator when required
- Manage e-mail inbox and respond to incoming e-mails, ensuring timely communication
- Perform any additional tasks as necessary
- High school diploma or an equivalent credential
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a warehouse or product handling environment
- GMP experience preferred
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Must have a strong work ethic, be flexible to changing work demands, and an effective team player
- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs
- Must possess experience using an ERP system and a general proficiency with computers
