About us:
Cambridge Management, Inc. (CMI) began in 1987 as a small team managing a portfolio of communities in Tacoma, Washington. Our focus soon shifted to providing quality management for affordable housing communities. These affordable communities provide homes for those with limited incomes including families, senior citizens, and people with disabilities. Today, our team has grown to nearly 350 employees managing 114 communities and more than 9,000 apartment homes. Our portfolio includes market rate, Low Income Housing Tax Credit, and Project-Based Section-8 communities that range in size from 6 to 344 units. We currently manage communities in California, Florida, Hawaii, North Carolina, Tennessee, Washington State, and Virginia.

Position Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 DOE
Paid time off:
- A combined accrual of 80 hours of PTO & Vacation.
- Up to 6 paid sick days per year. (varies based on state sick leave laws)

Essential Functions:
Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for your assigned region including requisition posting and sourcing candidates.
- Gathers hiring requirements from managers; modifies or develops job descriptions, job postings, and interview questions to assist in selecting the best candidate.
- Creates job postings for applicant tracking system (UKG), Cambridge Management, Inc's website, and other recruiting websites.
- Coordinates full cycle recruitment process (screening through on-boarding) in collaboration with the hiring manager.
- Schedule interviews for hiring teams.
- Manage candidate expectations, provide timely feedback, and ensure that candidates have a positive experience.
- Guide the interview process. Provide hiring managers with interview guides and training to ensure current interview best practices.
- Planning, and participating in internal and external recruiting events.
- Multi-tasks all functions of recruiting with accuracy.
- Develops creative sourcing strategies to generate a high-quality, diverse candidate pool.
- Coaches hiring managers in use of Ascentis Recruiting Module.
- Understands UKG database capabilities and creates custom and regular reports for HR team and others upon request.
- Performs other duties in the Human Resource department as needed.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as a recruiter in a high volume recruiting in a house corporate environment.
- 1 year demonstrated experience in a Human Resources department preferred.
- Property Management experience a plus!
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Expert in building and maintaining professional relationships.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office and HR programs. Working knowledge of UKG a plus!
- Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a recruiting environment with flexibility to reset priorities as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred
