Job Title : Director, Marketing Reports To : VP OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT Division : MARKETING Department : Program Operations Location : Waltham, MA (Remote) FLSA Status : FT Benefited position Position Overview : This role is responsible for the strategic planning and execution for all US Marketing efforts such as creating long term content strategy, social media strategy, implementing lead nurturing campaigns, search engine optimization. While aligning all marketing aspects cross departmentally under the Cambridge Network umbrella and its associated brands. Responsibilities : Create, plan, implement and measure the marketing and sales strategies in accordance with the overall organizational business objectives while elevating our portfolio's brand awareness through strategic marketing campaigns and content Creating long term content strategy while navigating through social media outlets while coordinating and evaluating market research Maintaining marketing annual budget Support Program Managers and Business Development in creating materials / campaigns to promote new school partnership products Communicating PR and corporate announcements to outside partnering schools Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, trade shows, seminars, and events Analysis of market research management and website / design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis Ensure that marketing goals are communicated across the team and company
