Description of Service Opportunity:
The Paraprofessional will work in the English Learner (EL) Summer Program supporting Grade 3 English learner students.
The Paraprofessional will assist with:
- The delivery of daily math and ESL lessons for English Learners
- Classroom management
- Food service pick up and delivery
- Supervision of student's lunch, recess, transportation, etc.
- Daily set up, clean up, and maintenance of classroom environment
- Other related duties as communicated by the Director of Multilingual Learner Programs
*Work: 32.5 hours per week
Minimum Requirements:
Requirements:
- High School Diploma and/or 2 years from an accredited college
- At least 2 years working in an SEI/ELL classroom
- Experience working with diverse student populations
- Culturally proficient and sensitive to multi-cultural, bilingual populations
Length of Contract:
July 1, 2025 through August 15, 2025
Contract Amount
$35.00 per hourly, not exceed $5005.00
