The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for day to day creation and filling of assigned sites The position is primarily responsible for ensuring all sites are manned with guards who meet site-specific requirements.
Requirements Include :
- Full-Time and Full availability
- Must be willing to relocate to or commute to Boynton Beach .
- Use of Microsoft Outlook, Spreadsheet Software, and Word Documents
- Knowledge of security operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service and service delivery orientation
- Must be detail-orientated and able to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work at a fast pace and work efficiently under pressure
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must possess a security D License;
- Must possess a V alid Driver's License, to drive company vehicles.
- Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and communication skills, and professional phone voice.
- Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills, including Microsoft Office Applications
- Strong time management and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work as a team, work in collaboration, and cooperate with a team.
- Ability to assess and evaluate situations effectively
- Ability to identify critical issues quickly and accurately
