Job Description
- Overseeing day-to-day administration, with responsibility for financial performance (budgets),
- Directing and organizing the facility Mandatory Monday meetings ensuring proactiveness and
- Complying with Residents' Rights and all community policies and procedures.
- Ensuring Department checklists are completed weekly and items on them are compliant.

- Reviewing and investigating resident complaints ensuring compliance with resident rights and
- Assisting in the oversight/working with referral sources to identify prospective residents to
- ADT updates and communication in PCC for resident changes are communicated.
- Assisting in obtaining and reviewing medical information on prospective residents to compile for

- Assisting in completing on-site initial assessments for prospective residents to determine
- Overseeing and assisting as necessary in the admission process ensuring that appropriate
admission and providing appropriate information to facilitate continuity of care.

- Assisting in the completion and follow up of CICA audits as necessary.
- Oversight in the: Coordinating, organizing, directing, and maintaining current work schedules of
- Demonstrating a passion for quality care as evidenced by interactions with co-workers,
- Completing rounds at a minimum of daily to ensure CSL is maintaining a clean, homelike

survey inspections with Corporate.

- During lease-up period (or whenever census drops below 50 residents), working with the

Qualifications
- A valid nursing home administrator's license issued by the department of safety and
- 1-5 years Assisted Living community management and/or nursing home experience.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- CBRF Registry, CPR/AED certified, and Alzheimer's/Dementia care experience preferred, but not
