Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility. We are specifically looking for a recent graduate from local colleges who is eager to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents. This role offers the unique opportunity to receive direct training and oversight from our Executive Administrator, ensuring you have the support and guidance needed to thrive in your new position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring high-quality care for residents.
- Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures across all areas and departments to enhance resident satisfaction.
- Maintain adherence to all regulatory requirements in accordance with DHS 83 and accreditation standards.
- Collaborate with care staff to promote a culture of excellence in resident care and upholding residents rights.
- Monitor budgets and financial guidelines to ensure operational sustainability and fiscal responsibility.
- Address and resolve grievances in a timely and compassionate manner, ensuring a supportive environment for all.
- Assist with marketing efforts, assessments and admissions processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with residents, families, staff, and the community.
Qualifications:
- Current LNHA license in WI.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing quality care and improving the lives of residents.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
