About the Opportunity
The Senior Living Marketing and Admissions Assistant will be responsible for facilitating the marketing, outreach, and admissions processes for our senior living community. This role includes executing marketing plans, attracting potential residents, managing the admissions process, and ensuring a smooth transition for new residents into our community.
Responsibilities
- Implement marketing plans to attract and engage potential residents.
- Organize and coordinate open houses, tours, and other promotional events to showcase the community to prospects and their families.
- Respond to inquiries from potential residents and their families, providing detailed information about our services, amenities, and the admissions process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication and interactions with prospective residents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the admissions process is efficient and meets the needs of both the residents and the community.
- Prepare and deliver reports on the effectiveness of marketing strategies and admissions outcomes.
