Director of Business Operations Job Summary
The Director of Business Operations is responsible for ensuring that all processes, systems, and personnel are operating effectively and efficiently. This position will create and execute strategies to support the growth of the business by managing and optimizing the resources available. The ideal candidate has excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as experience in business operations and strategic planning.

Cambridge Holdings, Inc. has various business interests including Cambridge Telephone Co. Inc., a telecommunications service provider, and Timberline Title & Escrow, a title and escrow company. This Director of Business Operations will work across companies and teams to ensure the continued success of the entities.
Director of Business Operations Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop, implement, and manage operational policies and procedures
· Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and recommend solutions
· Develop and execute strategies to increase operational efficiency and reduce costs
· Develop and implement budgets and cost-control measures
· Manage the performance of personnel and provide coaching and development opportunities
· Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
· Direct management of the following teams: customer service, accounting and billing, human resources, and title & escrow
· Be an escalation point for customer concerns and resolve them while maintaining customer satisfaction
· Monitor and evaluate the performance of vendors and suppliers
Director of Business Operations Requirements and Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred
· 5 years of experience in business operations, strategic planning, and project management preferred
· Work out of multiple office locations including but not limited to Cambridge, Council, and Meridian.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Excellent organizational and analytical skills
· Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask simultaneously
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
