Move-In Coordinator
Department: Marketing
FLSA: Salary - Exempt Reports to: Executive Director
The following statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed and are not intended to be a complete list of all responsibilities, duties and skills required.
SUMMARY
Assists the Marketing Department through coordinating resident move in, move out and transfer processes, apartment turn processes, sales and marketing department needs, and administrative support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Assist in managing the sales process by understanding prospects needs, educate on the uniqueness of our Community and
Optimal Living® through database management and assisting with tours as needed.
- Updates move calendar, notifying staff of scheduled move dates, coordinating move with resident, and ensuring all documents needed for move are signed.
- Works with Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Executive Departments to oversee process relating to apartment turns daily
- Work lead management system by completing all daily tasks, developing creative marketing tactics, and scheduling tours.
- Participates in weekly/monthly sales team meetings reporting.
- Assist in planning and executing community promotional events, open houses and educational seminars.
- Assist the Community Sales Consultant with developing relationships with local community agencies to generate a positive image and encourage word-of-mouth referrals
- Participate in trade shows, health fairs, and marketing activities, as assigned.
- Manage inventory of all marketing collateral and supplies (brochures, folders, inserts, tour gifts)
ENTRY QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.
- One year experience in senior housing industry, sales, or marketing.
- Strong technical writing skills.
- Public relations experience is a plus.
- Superior communications skills, both one-on-one and group.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, social media management is a plus.
