This is a full-time on-site Executive Director role located in Wilmington, North Carolina at Cambridge Village Optimal Living®. The Executive Director will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, managing staff, implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the well-being of residents.
- Leadership, Management, and Organizational skills
- Experience in senior living or healthcare management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Financial acumen and budget management skills
- Strategic planning and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field
- Active Assisted Living Administrator License (if required by state)
