3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
Orientation held every other week on Thursday
Patient Ratios : 1 : 4-5
2 Years of Experience Required
1st Time Travelers Accepted
36 or 48hr contract options
Every other weekend required
Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs
Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests
100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)

Unit Description : 26 Beds. CVA, TBI, Epidural and Subdural Hematoma, seizure disorder, and spinal cord injuries and disorders. Epilepsy Monitoring Unit (EMU). Ratio 1 : 4 / 5
Short Term Acute Care
Type of Facility : Level 1 Trauma Center, Major teaching hospital; member of the Council of Teaching Hospitals and Health Systems (COTH)
Total Staffed Beds : 855
Scrub Color : Royal Blue / White (RN)
Charting : Cerner
Parking Cost : free for travelers
Job Requirements

Primary Source Verification must be run within 30 days of start date
Nursys must be run within 30 days of start
Valid Drivers License is required. Candidate will not be considered without this.
Social Security Card required. Must be legible.

Flu Shot : Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
