Certification Details
- BLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
- NIH Stroke Scale
- 6S Ortho/Med Surg Overflow RN
- 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
- Patients who have undergone bone and joint reconstructive surgery, joint replacement, orthopedic trauma surgery, or have experienced sports injury. Med/Surg overflow. Remote telemetry monitoring with off the unit station staffed by tech. Patient ages are 18 and older. Patient ratios typically 1:4 but will occasionally flex to 1:5.
- Unit acts under a team nursing model
- Orientation/Start Dates held every other week on Thursday
- Years Required: 2 Years
- 1st Time Travelers Accepted if experienced in ICU
- Shift Info: 36 or 48hr contract options, Every other weekend required, Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs
- WV/Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license

- Valid Drivers License is required. Candidate will not be considered without this.
- Social Security Card required. Must be legible.
