What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT TEAM LEAD SECURITY position at CAMC Health System?
Job Summary
Coordinates the creation of user accounts, managing form authorizations, and other task required for the establishing appropriate job relevant access to company's IT resources. As critical is the deactivation or modification of user access for terminated or transferred workforce. Demonstrates a basic understanding and adheres to departmental processes for change control. Maintains a level of cybersecurity knowledge sufficient to securely accomplish their job duties.
Responsibilities
1. Complex Technology problem solving that may affect more than one system of responsibility and effectively coordinate efforts with other department resources to resolve.
2. Maintain a high Level understanding of current technology industry standards and how they interact with application solutions.
3. Initiates and leads contract review process for version control, review, and execution. Actively participates in negotiation with necessary vendors as a subject matter expert.
4. Building requirements for RFQ / RFP process as I / S liaison / representative until analysis is complete and a recommendation to the organization is ready to be made.
5. Supports the designated IT Manager by analyzing team performance as measured against published (SLAs). Works with the team to ensure that SLAs and quality standards are met.
6. Duties and tasks reflect substantial variety and complexity. Serves as a resource to others in the resolution of complex problems and issues. Acts in a liaison role between Desktop and other IT and non-IT teams.
7. Assists in orienting and training lower level employees. Checks the quality of the work performed by lower level employees. May be asked to audit work for appropriate status, timing and closure of customer request.
8. Demonstrates the ability to direct and lead lower level analysts, coordinating and prioritizing day-to-day tasks as needed.
9. As needed, provides supervisory decision-making to the team. Acts as backup when the IT Manager is on PTO.
10. Provides daily team direction on first and second level support. Escalates issues for resolution as appropriate. Assists with issue resolution as needed.
11. Works across teams to identify problem trends. Plays a lead role in delivering measurable solutions that prevent these types of issues from recurring.
12. Assists the designated IT Manager in the development of measurable solutions that improve service delivery across teams.
13. Assists the designated IT Manager in the development of new processes and workflows that improve the quality, efficiency, and reliability of the team's service delivery.
14. Assists the designated IT Manager in the development of strategic and staff goals.
15. Assists the designated IT Manager in regards to Leadership Workforce Rounding including Stoplight Report and Performance Development.
16. Contributes to the organization's financial goals by recommending improvements that enhance the team's technical capabilities, drive efficiencies, and reduce operating costs.
17. On call as required.
18. Flexible hours when needed.
19. All other duties as assigned.

The employee must possess / obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care as defined by the department's identified patient ages. Specifically the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in : 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patients.
