Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Completion of a residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Board certification or eligibility in oral and maxillofacial surgery.
- Active or eligible West Virginia licensure.
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and professional excellence.
