What are the responsibilities and job description for the System Program Manager- Telemedicine position at CAMC Health System?
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to plan, organize, implement and evaluate daily telemedicine operations across the entire Vandalia system. The ideal candidate must have strong operations experience and be able to work on multiple projects and with multiple stakeholders simultaneously. They must be an excellent team player who can work across multiple hospitals, clinics, and specialties throughout Vandalia’s footprint, while building efficiencies in work processes as we continue to build telemedicine capabilities throughout the state.
Responsibilities
The Program Manager is responsible for providing support to all clinical telemedicine activities. Key duties include: • Develop and manage operational workflows and processes to ensure efficient and effective delivery of care across all locations and modalities. • Collaborate with IT, data science and other teams to support the delivery of high-quality telehealth services and support the integration of telehealth into clinical workflows • Support efforts to integrate telehealth workflows with existing tech stack • Contribute to data dashboards and help monitor performance of projects. • Remain in compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, including HIPAA and OSHA. • Work within clinical operations budgets and resources to ensure optimal allocation and utilization of resources • Other Tasks Include: • Collaborating with telemedicine team • Contributing to departmental planning. • Maintaining constructive and professional relationships with patients, community partners, funders, and regulatory bodies etc., with which the organizations partners and/or sub-contracts with, for the provision of quality health care services.
