Certification Details BLS - Basic Life Support Job Details 5S Medical Surgical / Oncology RN 29 Bed Unit. Adult Population- Medical and surgical patients battling cancer, palliative care and family education of the oncological processes. Urology and Telemetry patients included. Experience Required : 2 Years Ratios : 4-5 : 1 Patient Ratio (Days); 5-6 : 1 Patient Ratio (Nights) Shift Info : 36 or 48hr contract options; Every other weekend required Facility will consider strong candidates without Oncology exp 100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval) 36hrs guaranteed Job Requirements WV / Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license Certs Required : BLS, ONC Preferred Skill Requirements : Telemetry; Central Line Draws, Ports, Blood Administration, PCA Pumps, Bone Marrow Aspiration Assist, Pleurx Chest Tubes. Chemotherapy Administration (preferred) Submission Requirements : Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm Schedule Information 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float Please limit holiday RTO requests to no more than 1 of the 3 major holidays Unit Specific Information Clinician can be floated within scope to meet facilities needs Open to accommodating blocked schedule requests Additional Details Valid Drivers License is required.
