4S CV Med Tele RN
3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7p-7a, weekdays, every other weekend, float
Orientation held every other week on Thursday
Unit Info : Pulmonary (16 monitored pulmonary / card beds), medicine, cardiac, med / surg adult and geriatric age range. A full telemetry floor with centralized monitoring with a tech.
100mi. Radius Rule (75-99mi. can be sent for facility approval)
36hrs guaranteed
RTO Restrictions : none - just discuss with manager during interview
Job Requirements
WV / Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
Flu Shot : Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. CAMC requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. CAMC FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
