  • BLS - Basic Life Support
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support
  • WV / Compact RN License

Job Details

  • 3W Cardiovascular MS / TELE RN
  • 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7pm-7am, weekdays, every other weekend, float
  • Orientation / Start Date held every other week on Thursday
  • Ratios : 1 : 7 (Team Nursing Approach)
  • Years of experience REQ : 2 Years
  • First-timers accepted : Yes - if experience requirements met
  • Every other weekend required
  • No Call Requirement
  • Clinician may be floated to meet facility needs when necessary
  • Blocked Schedule requests considered - discuss in interview
  • Guaranteed Hours : 36hrs or 48hrs / week an option - discuss during interview
  • Unit Description : 38 Beds. Medical Patients with emphasis on cardiovascular disease.

    • Job Requirements

  • WV / Compact RN License required - can submit with pending RN license
  • Years of experience REQ : 2 Years
  • Skill Requirements : Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias; Management of Dysrhythmias.
  • Submission Requirements : Perm employees cannot return to CAMC as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
  • Flu Shot : Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF.
  • Candidates are not allowed to start with certs pending or are permitted to complete onsite.

    • Schedule Information

  • 3x12 or 4x12 Nights 7pm-7am

    • Unit Specific Information

  • Utilizes a team approach to provide optimal care and education. A team of 7-8 patients includes 1 RN, 1 LPN and 1 Nursing Assistant.

    • Additional Details

  • Valid Drivers License is required. Candidate will not be considered without this.
  • Social Security Card required. Must be legible.
  • Please require if the candidate is working on a compact license. Driver's license must match compact state license.
