How you can make an impact : The Director of Clinical Quality and Process Improvement is responsible for leading and overseeing the implementation of quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing clinical care, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction within the community health center. This role requires strong leadership to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, improve patient outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. The Director will work closely with clinical and administrative teams to implement data-driven strategies, streamline clinical workflows, and monitor performance to meet organizational goals. The Director of Clinical Quality and Process Improvement will report directly to the Chief Medical Officers of Administrative and Clinical Services.
What will You Do :
Quality Improvement Leadership :
- Lead the development, execution, and monitoring of clinical quality improvement programs.
- Design and implement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care outcomes, safety, and satisfaction.
- Regularly assess clinical processes and develop action plans for improvement.
- Lead efforts to establish and monitor clinical performance metrics aligned with regulatory standards and industry benchmarks.
