The Customer Account Specialist plays a crucial role in managing and growing relationships with key clients in the manufacturing sector.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships: Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintains customer accounts and records: Documents customer interactions with details of inquiries, concerns or comments.
- Customer support: Provides support in all areas such as: Demand Management, Inventory, A/R and Sales.
- Drive sales and revenue growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal teams: Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Monitor client satisfaction: Address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Prepare and present reports: Provide updates on account status, sales activities, and forecasts.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite.
- Project Management: Ability to oversee projects from start to finish.
- Customer Relationship Management: Strong focus on maintaining and enhancing client relationships.
- College degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
