Channel Marketing Manager

Overview:
Come be a part of the marketing transformation at Camco! We are looking for a passionate and results-driven
Channel Marketing Manager to lead our retail marketing, dealer, and wholesale/trade event marketing efforts.
This pivotal role is responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive brand presence, optimize
retail operations, and enhance consumer experiences across all retail channels. This role is crucial for driving
sell-through and accelerating category growth by developing and implementing strategies that convert
consumers in-store and online. This role will oversee marketing activities across our distribution base in key
accounts and our dealer network. You will work closely with brand marketing, sales, and product teams and
align with retail partners to build the brand and execute impactful marketing initiatives. We are seeking
someone with the range to define/execute a long-term channel marketing strategy while also rolling up their
sleeves and getting the day-to-day tactical work done at a very high level. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in channel marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to manage complex,
multi-channel marketing and operational initiatives on an enterprise scale.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with brand management and sales teams to identify and implement growth initiatives within our current product portfolio as well as expansion areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer partners, collaborating to develop and execute tailored marketing plans that drive sell-through and enhance brand presence.
- Develop retail channel plans directly tied to joint business planning shared objectives.
- Engage with the digital/eBusiness team to execute cohesive online and in-aisle shopping experiences.
- Lead channel marketing Product Line Review (PLR) strategy and presentation to customers.
- Manage retail marketing activities to ensure strategy alignment, execute resets, promotions, and
- planogram management.
- Measure and analyze channel data relating to program/promotional effectiveness and make improvements based on insights.
- Partner with creative to ensure development of materials to drive product launches, promotions, key marketing campaigns, trade/consumer events and programs within channel and customer-specific marketing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of sales and or marketing experience.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate and build trust.
- Demonstrated solid financial acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to dive into consumer insights and develop key strategies and tactics to target consumers.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the business and in front of customers.
- Proven ability to drive strategy and execution across multiple product categories within the retail channel, distributor and dealer channels.
- Proven success in driving change with results in a matrix organization.
- Self-starter with ability to get up to speed quickly and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Channel experience.
- Experience within the Consumer/Durable Goods industry
