Job Title: Pricing Analyst

Location: Greensboro, NC (Hybrid); Remote Considered

Department: Marketing

Overview: 

Come be a part of the marketing transformation at Camco! We are looking for a pricing analyst to add to our growing team that will assist in developing and implementing pricing strategies to optimize revenue, profit margins, and market positioning. Working closely with marketing, finance and sales teams, you will conduct data-driven analysis to guide pricing decisions across Camco’s various product lines. This role will support the company’s overall growth and help ensure marketing initiatives align with competitive and market-driven pricing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pricing strategy & development: collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and refine pricing strategies that support business goals
• Market analysis: conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify pricing trends, opportunities, and potential risks
• Data analysis & reporting: analyze pricing data, sales performance, customer behavior, and profitability to make data-driven pricing recommendations. Create a regular reporting structure.
• Training & knowledge sharing: this is the first dedicated pricing role at Camco, so share your best practices and educate internal teams in pricing principles to help maintain alignment across the organization
• Monitor KPI’s & adjustments: track KPI’s such as sales volume, margin, placements to monitor impact of pricing decisions and provide recommendations for necessary adjustments

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in pricing analysis or a related role.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data and translate into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitor analysis
• Proficiency in pricing models and techniques, including elasticity of demand and price optimization

Technical Skills:

• Advanced excel skills (pivot tables, vlookups, macros) or similar tools
• Familiarity with pricing software and/or scraping tools
