This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience. • Listen attentively to inquiries and feedback, maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times.

• Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes and community documents for each client.
• Review financial reports and contribute to developing an Annual Budget according to CAMCO deadlines.
• Ensure timely and within-budget completion of property improvement and construction projects by overseeing them efficiently.
• Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff if applicable.
• Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.
• Conduct Board meetings and prepare a management report ahead of each meeting. Qualifications :
