CAMCO Property Management is looking for a dedicated On-site Community Manager to join our team in Wilmington, DE. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, depending on experience. The community manager shall be highly organized, proactive, and experienced to oversee the daily operations of a high-rise building. The Community Manager will be responsible for ensuring the building is maintained to the highest standards, managing tenant relations, overseeing staff and vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety and property regulations.
The Community Manager will collaborate with the HOA board to execute the operations of the building. Additionally, knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, financial management, and community development is essential for effective performance in this role.
