CAMCO Property Management is actively seeking a Portfolio Manager to join our committed team in Newtown, PA. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000, commensurate with experience. The Portfolio Manager will oversee and lead the properties managed by CAMCO and their respective associations towards achieving collective objectives. Strong property management, project management, time management, and customer service skills are essential for success in this role. Please note that this position may require occasional evening work and prompt responses to urgent matters.

Compensation :

65,000 - $70,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

  • Listen attentively to inquiries and feedback, maintaining a professional and composed demeanor at all times.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to phone calls and correspondence.
  • Efficiently manage time to balance multiple projects effectively.
  • Demonstrate exceptional problem-solving skills in analyzing various situations.
  • Stay updated on state regulatory agency statutes and community documents for each client.
  • Review financial reports and contribute to developing an Annual Budget according to CAMCO deadlines.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget completion of property improvement and construction projects by overseeing them efficiently.
  • Supervise front desk, maintenance, and janitorial staff if applicable.
  • Foster professional relationships with the Board of Directors, Unit Owners, residents, and vendors.
  • Conduct Board meetings and prepare a management report ahead of each meeting.
  • Qualifications :

  • The Portfolio Manager position in Newtown, PA, US requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in community management within the condominium sector.
  • Proficiency in handling HOA and condominium operations is a mandatory qualification for this role.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities are crucial for successfully overseeing multiple associations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to facilitate productive interactions with stakeholders.
  • Candidates interested in the Portfolio Manager role must have US work authorization specifically for the position in Newtown, PA.
