Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team. The Nursing Assistant will provide direct patient care and support healthcare professionals in delivering quality care to patients.
Duties
- Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs
- Help patients with mobility and transfers
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families
- Assist nurses and other healthcare professionals with medical procedures
- Maintain a clean and safe patient environment
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
- Current certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus

Required certifications BLS
Common diagnoses/Types of patients Alot of elective surgeries: hips, knees, shoulders; some fractures from falls; back & neck (Neuro-surgeries), as well as general MedSurg
Experience or 'Must have' skills Must have experience with ortho patients & PCA Pumps
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,105.00 - $2,254.00 per week
