What are the responsibilities and job description for the TAC Officer position at Camden Military Academy?
We are looking for retired Senior NCO’s who want to help forge our Nation’s future leaders. Come join the Camden Military Academy Team as a Tactical Officer. You'll have the opportunity to continue serving in uniform and work with young men in grades 7-12.
-JROTC training is not required
-Trainer, Advisor, Coach, Mentor, and Father Figure
Preference goes to Combat Arms, former Drill Instructors but not a requirement. One position is available immediately, you must want to help youth.
Job Description:
-Train cadet chain of command in the duties, responsibilities of BN, CO, PLT and Squad operations
-Motivate, coach, teach, mentor and train individual cadets
-Ensure company billets are safe and conductive to learning and living
-Maintain a working, respectable relationship with parents and cadets
-Additional duties could include air rifle team, drill team, arms room duty, etc.
Other Information:
There are two Tactical Officers per Company. You will have at least two days off per week or more depending on the schedule. You receive the folloiwng school holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, spring break, and summer (there is a 6 week summer school that is less structured). Breaks add up to over 3 months off a year.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
