Daily Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a book of business
- Offer solutions to customers’ requests and complaints
- Handle large call volume – inbound and outbound
- Track and trace drivers in transit
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Provide customers with updates and exceptional customer service
- Coordinate shipments
- Assist team members with incoming calls and updates
- Quick response time to customer requests
Requirements:
- Business degree preferred
- Logistics background preferred
