What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dishwasher position at Camelback Corner Smokehouse?
Hours/ Shifts:
-Part-time
-10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
-6 p.m. - 10 p.m.
Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining area.- Handle food safely and maintain proper food handling procedures to ensure food quality and safety.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, and ovens to cook and prepare food items.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and notifying management of any shortages or discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment operation is a plus.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and procedures is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
