Job Title: Food and Beverage Supervisor
Department: Food and Beverage
Reports to: Assistant Director of Food and Beverage
The Food and Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the service in the Food & Beverage Restaurants. He/she is also responsible for assisting the manager with training, motivating, and coaching the staff, and monitoring expenses and controlling labor costs.

- Control payroll costs in food and beverage outlets.
- Monitor that employees follow dress code, including uniforms and name tags.

- Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Must have an outgoing and friendly personality.
- Must have Food & Beverage experience to include bartending.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
