The Hotel Night Auditor is responsible for posting room charges and taxes to guest accounts and verifying all account postings and balances made during the day.

- Monitors the current status of coupons, discounts, and other promotional programs.
- Tracks room revenues, occupancy percentages, and other front office statistics.
- Prepares a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
- Summarizes results of operations for management.
- Answer incoming calls and assist with reservations, confirmations, room need requests, and questions.
- Explain resort products, service, and other information about the resort as requested.
- Provide guests with appropriate room assignments, wrist bands, directions to the rooms, while up selling when appropriate.
- Verify payment for stay including incidental costs by obtaining credit information.
- Assist guests with issues and complaints, with empathy and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Accurate accounting of cash bank assigned to each agent.
- Facilitate guest departures by providing accurate statements and ensuring guest satisfaction and collecting all payments due.
Is this the job for me:
- Must be at least 18 years or older.
- Available to work 11:00pm - 7:30am
- Availability includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be able to pay close attention to detail and accurately perform complex calculations and reconciliations.
- Proficiency in computer programs.
- Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to interact with guests, management, and other staff members.
- Ability to answer guest inquiries throughout the shift.
- Availability includes weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
