Job Title: Resort Appearance Attendant
Department: Housekeeping
Reports to: Resort Appearance Team Manager
As a Resort Appearance Attendant, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero helping keep Camelback sparkling! From the lobby to the restaurants, waterparks (indoor and out!), and even the parking lots, you'll help ensure every guest experiences a clean, welcoming, and picture-perfect environment throughout the resort.

How I can Create Guests for Life:
- Smile!
- Thoroughly clean using cleaning agents and equipment.
- Vacuum lobby, offices, and public areas as needed.
- Empty trash as required.
- Sweep and mop the lobby and public restrooms.
- Clear debris and dust the public areas.
- Power washing and vacuuming pools.
- Clean resort entry doors on a regular basis to maintain a smudge-free appearance.
- Keep passkey or master key secure and return to the Security Office at the end of every shift.
- Report maintenance and lost and found items to Resort Appearance Supervisor
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all guest requests.
- Respond to guest questions. Provide guest assistance, directions, and information as requested.
- Provide instruction and/or guidance for guest and crew members’ safety in fire or other emergency situations.
- Other tasks/duties as assigned.
Is this the job for me:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors with varying weather conditions
- Ability to carry up to 50lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to details and proactive work ethic
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
