Job Title: Terrain Park Attendant
Department: Base Operations
Reports to: Lift Operations & Vehicle Maintenance Manager
The Terrain Park Attendant is essential for maintaining all park elements in the terrain park. This position’s goal is to provide all guests with the best possible terrain park experiences. This person helps educate park users in Terrain Park etiquette.

- Maintaining Terrain Park Features Including raking, shoveling, and shaping.
- Work alongside grooming department during builds/reshapes.
- Daily inspection of all Terrain Park features. Make all necessary repairs- painting, grinding, replacement of hardware and panels/plastic.
- Ensuring all maintenance logs are completed in accordance with department guidelines.
- Testing newly built features prior to guest use.
- Install, maintain, and monitor safety materials including signage, boundaries, entrances & exits.
- Daily Terrain Park opening and closing procedures.
Is this the job for me:
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Intermediate to advanced level of skiing/riding on a varying range of terrain park features
- Knowledge of proper construction and layout of features and rails preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme winter conditions.
- Ability to work and get along well with others required.
- Strong customer service background required.
- Availability to include weekdays, weekends, evening, and holidays.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of our guests.
- Ability to work on a fun, fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to speak and read the English language, additional languages a plus.
