Position: Desk Manager - Used Car Department - What We’re Looking For:
- 5 years of automotive experience – Proven track record in the automotive sales world.
- A motivated and dynamic leader – Someone who thrives on growing people, developing talent, and fostering a winning team culture.
- Ability to hire, train and motive the next generation of sales professionals.
- Strong sales and process management skills to drive sales volume and profitability.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and mentor a high-performing sales team to hit and exceed sales targets.
- Oversee the daily operations of the largest used car department in the company.
- Collaborate with the dealership leadership to ensure smooth workflow and stellar customer experience.
- Strategically analyze and implement ways to further grow the department’s success.
