Schedule: Weekdays, daytime hours (no evenings or weekends!)
Pay: Competitive hourly rate

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting adults with developmental disabilities in community-based activities (think art classes, coffee shops, volunteering, nature walks — real-life experiences!)
- Encouraging independence through hands-on help with daily tasks like hygiene, cooking, and communication
- Building relationships and creating moments of joy, confidence, and growth
- Documenting progress on personal goals (don’t worry, we train you on how!)
- Driving and accompanying individuals to outings and appointments using Camellia Living’s company vehicles
- Being a reliable, compassionate presence who shows up with heart and patience
You’re a Great Fit If You:
- Have experience as a caregiver, DSP, or in healthcare — OR just a big heart and the right attitude
- Are dependable, flexible, and love being around people
- Can stay calm under pressure and make smart, caring decisions
- Are comfortable assisting with personal care and everyday tasks
- Have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Can pass a background check and complete required training
- Bonus points for CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration, or Therapeutic Options certifications!
