  • Starting pay will be $42/hour and can range up to $45/hour. More information can be provided during the interview.
  • All BCBAs will receive Performance Evaluations every 12 months with an opportunity for a pay increase.

Qualifications:

  • BACB Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (Newly certified BCaBAs welcome!)
  • Reliable Transportation
  • Education: Master’s Degree or higher
  • Must pass criminal background check
  • Familiar with common assessments (i.e., VB-MAPP, PEAK, ABLLS, AFLLS) - Camen is willing to train
  • Computer Skills: Strong internet and technology skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized programs for children and young adults based on ABA principles that increase communication, self-help, social and play skills
  • Utilize positive reinforcement and antecedent modification to increase appropriate behaviors overtime
  • Manage inappropriate behaviors that occur through the implementation of Behavior
  • Consultation with treatment teams regarding Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and other client programming
  • Facilitate interactions with peers, coworkers, and families
  • Keep the children motivated to learn through preference assessments
  • Have fun with our clients while teaching them the skills that they need
  • Other duties are assigned as needed

Physical requirements:

  • Must be able to lift a minimum weight of 30 pounds
  • Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be willing and able to engage in quick body movements as indicated in the Behavior Intervention Plan while working with children with challenging behaviors

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42.00 - $45.00 per hour
