Camera Service Co. is looking for a dynamic and engaging customer service representative to join the Southeast's premier camera repair company. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-motivated problem solver that can track and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously while providing top-notch customer service to professionals and enthusiasts.
Responsibilities include front desk repair intake, managing repair logs, providing service estimates to customers for approval, ordering parts and supplies, shipping and receiving, and responding to customer questions via phone and email. Candidates should be fluent in English. Moderate computer skills including proficiency in typing are required for this job. Interest in photography is a plus but is not a requirement.
This is a full time position.
Full-time hours: Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:30 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Full-time employees receive employer-paid health benefits after 6 months of employment as well as seven days of paid vacation.
