Job Summary:
The Territory Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving the growth of our products and services within a designated territory. This position requires leveraging industry knowledge to champion our value-add within strategically aligned customer bases.
Main Responsibilities:
- Effectively sell our core product categories, including Insulation, Roofing, Gypsum, and Siding.
- Develop and drive strategic growth strategies to manage relationships with customer accounts.
- Work with Distribution Center Managers and Inside Sales Representatives to execute key account penetration and development strategies.
- Deliver sales and educational presentations to internal and external customers.
- Record, analyze, and report account information to identify sales strategies and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Thorough knowledge of the building products industry and markets.
- Demonstrated ability to work within the dynamic sales cycle of the building products industry.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Work Environment:
Territory travel (50-75%); limited overnights required.
