POSITION SUMMARY
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 Administrator will be responsible for the effective management, administration, maintenance, and scalability of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) environments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless operation, user access, security, and performance of the application.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- User Management and Access Control : Continuously review and optimize role-based authorizations within Dynamics 365 environments to ensure secure and efficient system usage.
- System Monitoring and Maintenance : Proactively monitor Dynamics 365 environments to identify and resolve performance issues, ensuring optimal system performance, availability, and reliability.
- Release and Change Management : Stay up-to-date with upcoming releases and fixes for Dynamics 365, assessing their impact on the environment and coordinating the implementation of release and change management processes.
- Administration : Serve as the primary point of contact for the entire application including security coordination of APIs and ISVs, license utilization and projected needs, and analyzing and modifying the system configuration to include testing and debugging in response to support tickets.
- Integration Support : Work with external vendors to troubleshoot issues and resolve performance problems with ISVs.
- Documentation and Knowledge Management : Document key processes, system designs, knowledge articles, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to Dynamics 365 administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Maintenance Notifications : Monitor and communicate scheduled maintenance notifications to internal teams and clients, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to address system requirements and improve user experiences. Work with business SMEs to ensure proper workflows and training documentation.
