Job Summary: As a Juvenile Supervision Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of youth in our care.

Provide direct supervision of residents, including education, arts, and outdoor activities.
Implement treatment plans, disciplinary strategies, and intervention programs to promote positive behavior change.
Facilitate cognitive skill groups and teamwork activities to foster social adjustment and trauma-informed care.
Monitor security systems, respond to resident behavior, and provide crisis coping techniques to maintain control of situations.
Transport residents to off-site locations, maintain communication with staff, and participate in committees and special projects.
**Requirements**:
Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Current Texas Driver's License and automobile insurance.
Ability to communicate effectively in English and knowledge of Spanish preferred.
Pass a criminal background check and submit to a drug urinalysis pre-screening exam.
**Work Environment**:
