Job Description
Our client is seeking a Generalist Associate Attorney with at least 1 year of legal experience. The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and an interest in municipal and government-related matters. Responsibilities include :
- Drafting legal documents, including resolutions and contracts.
- Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda.
- Attending meetings and providing legal guidance to clients.
- Assisting with various government and public sector legal matters.
