Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and initiatives to support recruiting, staffing, performance management, training, compensation, and benefits.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals and drive employee development programs.
- Oversee employee relations, ensuring a positive workplace culture and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR-related software systems and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Provide coaching and support to management teams on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution and performance improvement plans.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance, and manage vendor relationships to ensure competitive offerings.
