About the Role :
This role involves building advanced AI systems to transform healthcare through innovative “last-mile” drug delivery infrastructure. The focus is on leveraging reasoning-adept large language models (LLMs) to accelerate the development of groundbreaking therapies for diseases like Alzheimer’s, cancer, and genetic disorders.
As a founding engineer, you will tackle challenging problems in a regulated industry while working in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Define and execute 0-to-1 project requirements, goals, and roadmaps based on customer problems.
Design and implement complex AI architectures suitable for regulated industries.
Build and manage state-of-the-art AI infrastructure.
Drive high-quality product iterations in fast-paced environments.
Job Requirements :
3–8 years of production software experience.
Proficiency in TypeScript and / or Python.
Strong computer science fundamentals and experience with modern web stacks.
Proven track record of building 0-to-1 products in early-stage startups.
Passion for designing complex agentic AI systems.
Willingness to work on-site in San Francisco or relocate.
Nice to Have :
Degree in Computer Science or significant experience at a hypergrowth startup.
Background in building application-layer AI products using reasoning-adept LLMs
