Job Description :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced RPGLE developer. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in RPG development, along with expertise in the VAI S2K platform, database administration, and reporting / analytics. Experience with VAI Warehouse Management Systems and analytics reporting is a plus. This role is integral to the development and support of critical systems within the manufacturing and distribution industry.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintenance applications in RPG, RPGLE, and SQLRPGLE
- Develop and maintain reporting and analytics solutions for business stakeholders, including custom reports and data extraction tools
- Troubleshoot iSeries program errors, messages, and alerts
- Collaborates with business and IT leadership to automate and / or optimize business processes
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver software solutions that meet business needs
- Works directly with the ERP vendor on support and development initiatives
- Testing and validation of IBM Power Systems software updates
- Supports month and year end procedures and processing
- Performs other related duties as required or as requested by the ERP Manager
