Experience with Commercial, Healthcare, Hospitality High-rise, Warehouse, and other structure types are desired as well as the ability to transcend those experiences to manage other types of projects.

  • Job Description
  • This Project Executive / Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects for new, urban Hospitality / Multifamily projects and be an expert communicator, proficient with contracts and subcontractor management, high-rise projects and CIP Concrete multi-story construction.
  • Overseeing and directing projects from start to finish
  • Directs and supervises work of project administration staff and construction engineers, as well as works in partnership with project superintendents to establish operational priorities
  • Responsible for forecasting, tracking / reporting project costs / revenue and adherence to project estimates
  • Responsible for problem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipment and contracts / subcontracts administration
  • Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
  • Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders
  • To Increase Interview Success- The Candidate will have :
  • Current or previous experience working with a General Contractor
  • Experience with New Construction Hospitality / Hotel & High-Rise Condo
  • Experience with Urban In-Fill / Downtown
  • Bachelor's Degree (Const.Management / Civil Engineering or similar degree)
  • Must have experience running projects from start to finish (Ground-Up)
  • Strong software and technology skills (Procore or other similar program)
  • Time Management & Proven Experience with Scheduling Projects
  • Experience managing teams is a plus
  • Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established safety goals
  • Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers
  • Maintain appropriate documentation through project such as RFI logs and change orders Benefits
