Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing intake processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in the Brightree Billing Software system. The Intake Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing them with essential information and support throughout their experience with Cameron Medical.
Duties
- Manage incoming customer inquiries and schedule appointments.
- Collect and verify customer information, including medical history and insurance details.
- Maintain accurate records in Brightree Billing Software.
- Provide exceptional phone etiquette while communicating with customers and healthcare providers.
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely processing of referrals and authorizations.
- Assist in resolving any customer concerns or issues related to the intake process.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience
- Previous experience in home medical equipment is preferred.
- Familiarity with Brightree Billing Software is highly desirable.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this will enhance communication with diverse customer populations.
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. An understanding of word and excel is preferred.
