Job Summary:
This position will maintain the financial activities of the company. In addition, under the direction of ownership, support the preparation of current financial reports and summaries, and create forecasts predicting future growth as well as comprehensive cash flows.
Objective of This Role:
· Produce monthly financial package that includes PNL and Balance Sheet. loan covenant financial reporting, actual to budget, and rolling 13 week cash flow.
· Participate in the development and documentation of financial controls and systems. Work with other department heads including purchasing, payroll, and project management in order to project invoicing and manage all job costing activities.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
· Prepares all financial statements for review by the CFO, including income statements, balance sheets, shareholder reports, tax returns, and governmental agency reports.
· Job costing, including sales and profit projections to actual figures and budgeted expenses to actual expenses; makes or oversees any necessary adjustments to future projections and budgets.
· All tax reporting including sales and use tax, 940 & 941, property taxes, etc.
· Maintains month end account reconciliations, assists with account close procedures.
· Account Receivable – customer invoicing and management of job files and customer requirements.
· Works with the CPA firm and other executives to coordinate planning and establish priorities for the planning process.
· Works with departments to ensure accuracy in accounting records.
· Collaborate with accounting and HR staff and serve as a backup to accounts payable.
Preferred Skills and Abilities:
· Experience with Percentage of Completion Accounting
· Fluent in Excel including previous exposure to Vlookups and Pivot Tables.
· Must be proficient in database and accounting computer application systems. SAGE 100 experience preferred.
· Excellent written and verbal and visual communication skills.
Education Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, or finance preferred.
· 10 plus years of experience in financial management required.
· Manufacturing experience a plus.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
