Please join as we are currently seeking an experienced Outside Sales Representative to grow our market share in Delaware, Maryland, Washington DC, West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, North and South Carolina.
This is a Business-to-Business sales position targeting executive level decision makers.

Camfil Power Systems is a leading supplier of air filtration and acoustic treatment systems for with its headquarters for the Americas in Laval. Your primary function would consist of the following activities:
- Ability to interact and sell effectively at all levels including, but not limited to: Corporate Officers, Plant Engineering and maintenance, Supply Chain Personnel, Operators and other plant support employees
- Supporting Customers over the phone, email and in person in a courteous and efficient manner
- Learning our products with a focus on turbomachinery, life cycle cost, and Sustainability
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients within the territory
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, forecasts, and market feedback to upper management
- Lead Generation: Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities and sales leads within the territory
- Product Promotion: Present and promote products to clients, conducting presentations and demonstrations as needed.
Are you THE person we are looking for?
- 2-5 years’ in similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related field
- Mechanically inclined
- Active listening skills and customer solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Positive approach in work environment
- Willingness to learn everyday on the job
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Sales Experience: Proven track record in sales or account management
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the products/services and market trends in the territory
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for client interaction and reporting
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data and market conditions to develop strategies
