SUMMARY: Camfil USA has an opening for a Field Service Technician to join our team. This is a full-time role requiring daily on-site work at our Tulsa, Oklahoma branch or in the filed. Work schedule/hours are Monday to Friday and the hours can vary. Must be comfortable with a flexible schedule, as schedule may vary based on client needs. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: In addition to those listed in the Summary section above, the following are duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position:
· Performs Filter Service Installation, by removing and discarding dirty filters and installing new filters in a commercial application.
· Reads customer work order to determine items required.
· Loads and unloads all inbound and outbound service material in a safe manner.
· If necessary, pulls customer orders from stock and places orders in staging area to be checked by Warehouse Personnel.
· Use of company vehicle to transport items from warehouse to customer site for filter installation or delivery.
· Responsible for getting all proper paperwork signed and dated by the customer.
· Responsible for noting any special information from the customer to report back to the office, such has problems, schedules, and/or spec changes.
· Responsible for turning in all signed paperwork in a timely manner to the Service Manager for processing according to Camfil policy and procedures.
· Ensures all service work meets Camfil quality and customer requirements.
· Availability to work overtime as needed.
· Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
· Cross-train in other positions within the facility based on business needs.
· Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
· Other duties as needed.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or GED preferred.
· Valid/clean State Driver’s License.
· 1-3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment preferred.
· Must be reliable.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals.
· Ability to write routine reports.
· Ability to communicate in English effectively.
· Ability to work with numerous large numbers and multiple units of measure.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk.
· The employee must frequently lift and /or move up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to satisfactorily complete a drug screen and criminal background check.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to warehouse and office environments, varying outdoor weather conditions, and heights (rooftops).
